Chris Rohde uses his pedal steel to twist expectations, injecting strains of roots music like echoes from a radio playing in the another room. He will sometimes torture his instrument's output into something completely different. Jaunting back and forth between styles, he phases Supernormal's music in and out of realms of comfort and madness.
